This privacy notice (warning) is issued in compliance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals issued on July 5, 2010 in the Official Gazette, and It offers users deliver data or personal information to Hotel Grand Maria.

In our capacity as responsible for the processing of personal data observe the principles set by law, of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.

1. Responsible for the protection of personal data

Hotel Grand Maria, residing at Flavio A. Paniagua No. 17, Guadalupe, San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas C.P. 29230, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

2. Form, means of contact and notifications

To contact us, you must write a document in Spanish, addressed to the Hotel Offices and send it by email to the following email address: reservaciones@hotelgrandmaria.com.

3. Data collected and means for obtaining Personal Data

The personal data we collect from you, for the purposes described in this privacy notice, are collected directly through our web pages, when you enter your data or use our online services, by telephone through our service centers , when they are transferred to us through our subsidiaries, affiliates and controlling companies and when we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by law.

The data collected are the following: Name and surnames, gender (male or female), image, date of birth, nationality, telephone, email and home address.

Regarding the data of patrimonial or financial nature such as: Federal Taxpayers Registry, fiscal address, credit card number, expiration date, as well as the security number of the same, tax invoicing data, when acquiring any of our products or services, it will be considered that you are giving us your express consent for the processing of these data.

Since the Law allows other sources to gather information such as telephone directories, service directories and labor directories, the data that we can obtain by these means are name and surname, telephone number, email and address.

4. Purposes of the Personal Data collected

Your personal data will be used for:
A) Purposes that gave rise and are necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the legal relationship between the owner and Hotel Grand Maria: provide the service you request, for monitoring, updating and confirmation regarding products and services contracted, purposes for billing.
B) Other purposes: Security of persons, for credit and financial purposes, statistics, service surveys, marketing studies in order to contribute to the improvement of communication services and attention provided to users, as well as for offer the services marketed by Hotel Grand Maria, communicate promotions and evaluate the quality of the service and conduct studies on consumer habits and preferences. In case of accepting any product or service offered by Hotel Grand Maria, your data will be used for the fulfillment of the relationship with you and what is mentioned here. For the purposes of your safety and that of others, when using one of our services you could be videotaped or photographed.

If you wish to express OPPOSITION that your personal data be processed for the purposes described above, please send an email to reservaciones@hotelgrandmaria.com, stating to what purpose or purposes you object.

5. Limitations to the use of data

You can cancel your subscription to receive promotions, offers and services by telephone, by email and by mail by sending a letter written in Spanish language where you indicate your request and the necessary information such as: Full name (name and surname) simple copy of your official identification or electronic means digitized version of it (scan), member number or account (if you have one), telephone, email and address of your residence to the following address: Flavio A. 6. ARCO Rights.

You or your duly accredited legal representative may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data; In addition, as of January 6, 2012, you may exercise, when applicable, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition that the Law provides through an application that must be presented at the address indicated above; It is important to mention that the exercise of any of the mentioned rights is not a prerequisite or prevents the exercise of another right.

7. Mechanisms for the exercise of ARCO Rights

The rights described above as well as the revocation of your consent for the processing of your personal data, are exercised through the presentation of the respective application, which must be submitted in writing and in Spanish for free in Flavio A. Paniagua No. 17, Guadalupe, San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas CP 29230, with attention to Hotel Grand Maria Office, or by email to reservaciones@hotelgrandmaria.com, or send it by postal mail, upon payment of the corresponding amount, to the aforementioned address and with attention to the same office.

Your request must indicate full name (name and surname), simple, legible and valid copy of your official identification, or if using electronic means, attach the scanned version of it (scan), in case of legal representative, must accompany at your request, the official documents that certify the legal representation, indication of the electronic mail or physical address that you designate for notifications and a telephone number of contact.

If the information provided in your application is erroneous or insufficient to attend it, or the corresponding accreditation documents are not accompanied, a request will be made within five working days of receipt of your request, to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have ten working days to meet the requirement, counted from the day after it was issued. If no answer is given within that period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted.

Within a maximum of twenty working days from the date of receipt of your request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition and revocation of the processing of personal data, we will give reply on the merits of it, by e-mail addressed to you, sent to the e-mail address that you have indicated in the application or by sending a letter to the physical address that you have indicated for such purposes (the twenty days will be considered completed when you deliver the document to the postal service ), and will be effective within fifteen working days, following the communication of the response on the origin of the same.

8. National and international data transfer

Your information may be shared with financial, banking or credit institutions, as well as with suppliers that are necessary for the purposes of the contracted service, also for informational, promotional, advertising or mercantile purposes.

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties without your consent, with the exception of the subsidiaries, affiliates and controllers companies of Hotel Grand Maria, in accordance with article 37 of the Law, including the other exceptions provided for in that legal system.

9. Modifications to this privacy notice

Hotel Grand María reserves the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time.

The modifications will be made available to the public through one or more of the following means: visible advertisements in our establishments, through our website, email to the most recent address we have of you, posters, sound recordings, video recordings, or personally by our managers at the time of going to our facilities.

10. Information on the Internet

We inform you that when you access to our website, we receive information about your "cookies" (a term defined below in the definitions section) and "web beacons" (a term defined below in the definitions section) to obtain information such as: your type of browser and operating system, the internet pages that you have visited recently, the links that you have recently followed, the IP address of your computer, the site that you closed before accessing to our website on the internet.

11. Sensitive personal data

We inform you that Hotel Grand Maria will not collect or process sensitive personal data.

12. Use of mechanisms in remote or local means of electronic communication, optics or other technology that allow to collect personal data automatically or simultaneously while the owner makes contact with them.

Hotel Grand Maria could use for the purposes referred to in number 4 above, cameras or video recorders to obtain an image of you, which will be kept in the databases for a period of 15 days, after this period the photograph or the videos will be formatted or deleted.

13. Definitions

The following is understood for purposes of this Privacy Notice:

I.-Cookies: These are the text files that are downloaded automatically and stored on the hard drive of the user's computer when browsing a specific internet page or portal, which allow the internet server to store certain data, such as preferred viewing pages on the internet, some keys and passwords.
II.-Web beacons: Images inserted in pages or internet portals as well as in emails and that among others can store information of the IP address of the user, interaction time in the websites, among others.
III.-Days: By provision of Article 3 in section IIII of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, the terms and times stipulated in days shall be counted in working days.
IV.-ARCO Rights: These are the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, enshrined in the Law that by their initials form the word.
V.-Law: refers to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, published in the Official Journal of the Federation on July 5, 2010.
